I am so shocked and devestated to hear the horrible news. I met Dennis several years ago and he became one of my closest griends . I'll cherish the memories of las Vegas and frisbie golf, and that silly archery class we took. What I will miss most is the way he could listen. Any problems I had I knew I could go to Dennis to get undivided support. i miss u bro. We lost one of the kindest most compassionate people iv ever known.
Dennis was one of my closest and dearest friends since childhood. I am absolutely devastated that my friend is no longer with us. I remember playing as kids at Jerabek park and having that same zest for life, bond and friendship through college and adulthood. Unfortunately we had lost touch over the past several years and now I wish I could take those years back. He was a fun loving compassionate human being that could always make me laugh. Some of the jokes and conversations we shared still bring a smile to my face even many years later. Not only was Dennis full of laughter and life but he was also selfless and compassionate. He never argued or had any sort of temper…in fact he would just crack a joke and whatever issue we had would immediately be laid to rest…only the way life long friends could do. I miss my friend and I know that God has taken someone very special off the earth. I also know that Dennis loved his family very deeply. My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to them and everyone's life he had touched. Dennis, I miss you bro…. I cherish the times we had and I wish we could have another one of our laughs again… I will keep your memory alive in my heart and will never let your spirit die. You left us too soon. Man I loved "Lenny Denny Leake". Neighbor, friend, older mentor. Etc. Thousands of hours hooping at Jerabek w all our buddies. RIP brother! Hard to let go of the present with you. I am just grateful we had so many fulfilling memories from the past.
My Heart goes out to Dennis ' s Family. Dennis was a good Friend. I new him for many many years. He would always be there for you no matter what the situation.
