Alejandro Gonzalez was born on 02/26/1923 in Mascota, Jalisco, Mexico to Parents Alfonso Gonzalez and Gabina Arechiga. Alejandro entered into rest peacefully on 01/27/2021 at the age of 97 in his home in Poway, CA, surrounded by his beloved family. He was a California resident for over 67 years and a San Diego County resident for 34 years. Alejandro worked as a waiter for an exclusive members only club/restaurant for over 30 years.
Alejandro was a well respected, devoted, and loving father, husband, father-in-law, and grandfather. He was married to his love, Romelia Gonzalez, for over 58 years and together they raised 3 children: Graciela Dhillon, Edith Franks, and Mark Alexander Gonzalez. Alejandro was blessed to share his life with his son-in-law, James David Franks, his daughter-in-law, Veronica Gonzalez, and with 4 grandchildren: Tyler Jamison Franks, Camille Soleil Franks, Mark Alexander Gonzalez, Jr., and Alexa Marie Gonzalez.
Alejandro touched the lives and hearts of all who knew him. Alejandro will forever be missed, but never forgotten. We celebrate his life, his legacy, and the eternal peace of his soul in the presence of God’s Glory.
