Alma Rosa Ortiz Noriega, born on June 25, 1953, in Mexicali to parents Ruben Noriega and Aida Solaiz entered into rest on April 10, 2023, in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 15 years. A respected and Loving daughter, sister, friend, aunt, wife, mother and grandmother. She met her sweetheart Francisco E Ortiz-Soto and spent the last 50 years raising a family together. Alma was also honored to have been able to share her life with her grandchildren and a host of friends and family. Alma was a successful woman who loved her family and took much pride in them. It is evident that she will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.
