Amelita “Amy” Concepcion Guevarra was born on March 11th, 1963 in the Philippines to Alejandro Guevarra and Estelita Concepcion. She has worked primarily as a Phlebotomist. Amy lived about 21 years in the San Diego area. She unfortunately passed away in Chula Vista on January 6th, 2018 at the age of 54. Amy is survived by her daughter, Heydie Guevarra, 6 living siblings, and extended family members.
