Dear Jennifer Berry On behalf of the family of the deceased Andrew Rowe; I thank you for your compassionate assistant throughout our time of bereavement. The professional and amiable ambience we received was therapeutic, it gave us courage. Courage to smile to stop us from crying. Courage to see the light of hope in our moment of despair. We thank you very much for the empathetic approach you expressed alone with your team of compassionate bearers. Your service is highly appreciated. We will always remember the pleasure of the endurance of hope in a moment of despair. May God bless and keep you always in His chamber of grace and mercy. We often don't appreciate what we have until it becomes a memory. You left behind emptiness sorrow and pain, you left us with lots of memories no one can ever erase so even in our sadness we will remember the happy days. Love always and forever. (Cousin Dave)
