Annie Jo Scott passed away at the age of 63 in San Diego, California on December 14th, 2018. She was born on July 8th, 1955 in Ohio to Joseph and Clara Sommerville. She spent most of her life as a business woman, including about 20 years designing fashion clothing. She is survived by one adult child, her daughter Jessica Phommachanh.
