I was a neighbor of Arline's for many years. Another neighbor, Troy Buford, and I used to visit her every so often because we were so fond of her and she was such a great lady! When Covid struck, we could not go, but not too long ago emailed about when we could see her again. We were so looking forward to it. Hearing this news just breaks my heart. She was one of a kind and will always, ALWAYS, be remembered! Love you Arline!!! God bless you and your family!
