Armando M. Fernandez, 63, of San Diego, CA was born November 26, 1953 to parents Eluteria and Florentino Fernandez in Dagupan City, Philippines. Armando completed his formal education and would eventually relocate to San Diego, CA.Armando worked as a Production Assembler for over 14 years with a Medical Cabinets Manufacturing Firm. He was dedicated to his profession and a loyal friend.Armando passed Thursday, July 27, 2017. May he rest in peace until we meet again.He is survived by his brothers, Pedro and Cesar Fernandez, Sisters; Herminia Tolentino, Josefina Velasquez and Angelina Caneng. Services are as follows:
