Ms. Armida Romanos Chavez's Obituary
Olga Armida Chavez Romanos passed away on Tuesday July 26, 2022 in San Diego, CA at the age of 90. She was born in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico on January 20th 1932 to loving parents Juan Romanos and Armida Flores.
Armida was a resident of San Diego for over 53 years loved to read non-fiction books and had subscribed to Readers Digest for many years. She enjoyed traveling around the world. Some of her favorite places to visit were Italy, Jerusalem and New York City. She also loved baseball and was a big San Diego Padres fan.
She is survived by her daughters Sylvia Shaw and Helen Warren, sons Juan Chavez, Danny Chavez and David Chavez, sisters Noemi Romanos, Labybhy Rodriguez, Nelly Rosas, brothers Elias Romanos, Octavio Romanos, Rodolfo Romanos, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She will forever be missed. May she rest in eternal peace.
