Arturo R. Ancho was born in San Antonio, Zambales, Philippines on November 27, 1946 to proud parents, Federico L. Ancho Sr and Victoria Riotoc Ancho. Arturo entered into rest on May 27, 2023 peacefully in his sleep. Arturo was a loving son, brother, cousin, friend, uncle, husband, father and grandfather. He married his love, Emiliana Celebrado Ancho helped raise one daughter, Marilyn Ancho and was honored to have shared his life with 1 grandchild, Kyson Jay Rice. It is evident he will be missed but never forgotten, May he rest in peace.
