Barbara Louise Wallis was born March 8, 1921 to Pearl Scranton and Ruby Jones in Neosho, Missouri. Barbara passed away September 9, 2017 in La Mesa, California. She will be truly missed by her children Larry Wallis and Charles Wallis along with her extended family and friends. Barbara will forever be in our hearts.
