Betty Joyce Kipp's Obituary
Betty Joyce Kipp was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on May 29th, 1933 to her proud parents James Dow West and Blanche Ivy of Arkansas. Betty dedicated about 30 years as an office manager in the medical business. She moved to sunny San Diego where she resided for about 50 years. Betty passed away on October 15th, 2019 at the age of 86 in Westminster, CA. She is survived by her 3 children; Terri Lynn Kipp, Jeffrey Kipp and John Kipp. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
