Billy what a sweet guy. Let me say he lived fishing. But he lived his sweet daughter more. He was a smile waiting to be shared. I never heard an unkind word either from him or about him.
If fishing is a thing in the next chapter he will be the leader of the team. He was a gift to the kids that got to fish at Chollas lake and would have taught and encouraged them every weekend. I was a Bus Operator for MTS, retired after 16 years of service, Billy was a Transit Field Supervisor during my tenure at MTS. Billy was just a great supervisor to work with, everyone love him, let it be upper management, mechanics, service workers, clerks, and Bus Operators.
