Born on, January 18th, 1956 in San Diego, CA. where she lived until 2023. She was the 3rd of 5 children. Her parents were Pharisee Brooks Jr. and Ruth Hazel Choice Brooks. She attended Lincoln Senior High and earned her degree. After graduation, she began a career as a communication Technician for 20 years. Brenda was known to be dedicated, devoted, intelligent and loving. Her favorite hobbies included sewing, dancing and cooking. Brenda is survived by her two siblings, Ray and Donna Brooks.
