Caridad Siongco Gabat's Obituary
Caridad Siongco Gabat or “Caring” (pronounced ka-ring) as she was fondly called, died from a long and courageous battle with pneumonia and renal failure, on Saturday 16th of April, 2022 at the age of 80. Born in 1941 on 1st November, she was the 8th of 10 children to her loving parents, Jose and Maria Siongco. She worked hard and continuously cared for everyone around her, having been a homemaker for the majority of her life. She married her husband Ricardo Gabat and together they have six children. Caring is survived by her husband, her children, Ofelia, Lillian, Wilma & husband Jerry, Maria Isabelita and Arnold & wife Mary Ann with their children Ghavin Dylan and Gabriel Kian. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church in National City at 2pm on the 29th of April 2022.
