This was the night I met Carlos at the VFW Post 7420. We had deep conversations as veterans usually do and became fast friends. We had so much in common and he became a mentor that very same night. Love you bro! Rest easy, we have the watch.

First thing, my name is waleed alkhayat and was a great friend of Carlos Enriquez. we met through friends and since then we’ve been really good friends. It was more like a brother to me. I lost my mind on this tragic news. Enrique and his wife Esther are the most awesome people and the most welcome people. They will receive you with the greatest open arms. I will never forget that you will always be in my memories and in my heart, my brother rest in peace may God have the greatest place in heaven for you. My condolences from me and my family.
