I worked with Carmelito for more than 20 years at the Hotel Del Coronado and cant tell you how many times we as servers would fight so that He was our partner on the Holiday Brunches. He had great customer service, great attention to detail and a sense of urgency! Carmelito had a gentle spirit and was a true gentleman… a man of Honor and Integrity!
