Carmen Pina Rojas' Obituary
In Loving Memory of Carmen Pina Rojas Born: July 8, 1937 – Passed: April 14, 2025
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Carmen Pina Rojas, a beloved mother, friend, and pillar of her community. Born in Mexico to Lucio Pina and Juana Jimenez, Carmen carried her heritage with pride and warmth throughout her life. She made her home in San Diego for 64 years, where she built a life filled with love, strength, and dedication.
Carmen worked as a cannery worker for eight years, demonstrating the unwavering work ethic that defined her character. Her true passion, however, was her family. She was the devoted mother to five sons—Antonio, Miguel, Victor, Elias and Juan Zamudio—who continue to cherish her guidance, wisdom, and love.
Carmen’s presence will be missed deeply, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
