Caroline Hukins' Obituary
Caroline Hukins was born August 18, 1946 to parents Roxi Harp and John Lewis Hukins in Lenoir County, North Carolina. Everyone called her “Carol”. She attended school in the Lenoir County School District, and when she was older Carol joined the U.S. Army working as a Specialist for 4 years. Carol also worked as an NCR Trouble Shooter with computer programs, a Pharmacy Technician and a Biller for Scripps Hospital. Carol retired in January, 2017 after 26 years of service. She was very spiritual, and giving person who loved caring for others. She was also a smart, fun loving and understanding woman. Carol enjoyed puzzles, movies, dining out and desert at Baskin Robbins. Carol passed peacefully, Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at the age of 72. She is survived by Nephews, Adam and James Hukins, Jr.; Nieces, Cynthia Hicks and Demetha Hukins-Simmons. She’s also survived by Max Hughes, Kathy & Carol Myers and Maire Testa.
