Carolyn Sue Sanderson's Obituary
Carolyn Sanderson passed away peacefully from earth to heaven on August 15, 2022, surrounded by loving family and friends.
Born in 1962 in Covina California, Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences, with emphasis in Graphic Design from San Diego State University in June 1986.
Carolyn had a successful career as a Graphic Designer in New York, Long Beach, and San Diego. Most notably, she worked in media for the Associated Press and the Orange County Register. She also generously shared these skills with her church and other non-profit organizations.
Carolyn loved to spend quality time with her extended family and many lifelong friends. She especially enjoyed art museums and craft shows, as well as movies and concerts. Everything that she did, she did with style, whether singing, decorating, crafting, or gift-giving.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Sanderson, her sister, Sharon Cordesse (François), and nephew, Trevor Nilsen.
