Charlie Lewis Lawson's Obituary
Charlie Lewis Lawson was born on February 2nd, 1940 in Parks, Nebraska to William Lawson of Kansas and Clara Priest of Iowa. Charlie was called home to be with our Lord on Thursday, October 20th, 2016 after a long illness. He spent twenty years in the Navy, and then worked at Qualidyne Systems for several years and was a long time member of Southbay Baptist Church. He is survived by his step-daughters, Billie Hazel of Maui, and Dee Snyder of San Diego; his grandchildren, Dawn Poindexter of San Diego, Rick Swanson (and wife, Michal) of St. Joseph, MO; and three beautiful great-grandsons Samuel Alister, Lincoln Michael & Angus Cash; along with two sisters, many nieces, nephews and a large extended family in the mid-west.The family will be having a short service at Miramar National Cemetery which has not been scheduled yet.
