Clyde Dan Maxwell's Obituary
Clyde Dan Maxwell was born on June 15,1936 in Tucker, Arkansas to Ruth Harris and Dan Maxwell. Soon afterward, the Maxwell family relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he attended primary school. In 1951 Clyde joined the United States Navy. Being in the Navy brought him to many shores. One being the Philippines where, he met his love Norma De La Cruz whom he went on to marry on May 5, 1972. Through this union they had two children. After having served 20 years in the Navy he retired on January 31,1981. Clyde went on to join the military sealift command and remained a faithful employee for 26 years.
On November 22,2023 Max was called home. those preceding him in death include his twin sister Claudine Maxwell Johnson, older sister Thelma Pearson, brother, Charles Maxwell, brother, John Maxwell. His beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his wife Norma Maxwell, Dan Maxwell(son), Michelle Maxwell(daughter), Robert Webb (son in law), Naomi Maxwell(granddaughter) Isaac Webb(grandson) Jaden Webb(grandson).Following a host of family and beloved friends.
