Consuelo Villa's Obituary
Consuelo Villa, born on March 8, 1954, brought joy and warmth to all who knew her. For 45 years, she shared a life filled with love, laughter, and companionship with her beloved husband, Fernando. Together, they built a beautiful family, blessed with three children and four grandchildren who were the light of her life. A spirited competitor, Consuelo enjoyed playing volleyball and table tennis, and cherished watching soccer—especially cheering for her favorite team, the Xolos—beside Fernando.
Consuelo’s love for her family was evident in every meal she prepared, with her famous albóndigas, frijoles, arroz, sopita de fideo, and rolled tacos becoming favorite family recipes. She was a devoted sister, one of six siblings, and shared an especially close bond with her twin sister, Graciela. Named after her mother, Consuelo carried forward a legacy of kindness, generosity, and resilience.
Her days were filled with the music she loved, from the heartfelt songs of Ana Gabriel and Marc Anthony to the timeless trios like Los Panchos and Los Dandis. She found simple joys in sipping coffee with pan dulce, immersing herself in novelas, and making memories with those she held dear. Consuelo’s warmth, hospitality, and the love she poured into her family will forever be cherished.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on November 15, 2024, at 5:30 pm.
