Cu Pham was born on August 20, 1953 in Quang Binh, Vietnam to proud parents Chien Pham and So T. Nguyen. Cu passed away peacefully in his home on May 9, 2020.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife My T. Nguyen.
