Aguilar, Delia's Obituary
Delia Noyola Aguilar was born June 18, 1947 in Raymondville, Texas. She blessed this earth as a result of the Union of Alejandro Noyola and Francisca Noyola. Delia was baptized at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Raymondville, Texas on February 14, 1948.
At the tender age of 16, Delia was with her parents doing a walk through inspection for a potential boarding home property. During this tour is where Delia met Arturo Aguilar. As teenagers they had dated, but due to the twist and turns of their young lives this resulted in them losing contact but God had a master plan. Not realizing it then God chose him as her soulmate. The ultimate crafter of when the timing to be together would be right.
Delia never forgot Arturo. She never changed her childhood home address or phone numbers.
Thankfully, this enabled Arturo to reach out to find his true love and reunite many, many years later.
They immediately fell back in love and married in San Diego, California on November 1, 2003.
With the union of their marriage Delia gained 3 loving daughters: Stella Harris, Rebecca Lee and Stacie Ortiz and 2 loving sons: Eddie Olea and Alex Olea.
Delia's nickname growing up was Lela. She was a wonderful homemaker, enjoying taking care of her husband Arturo as he was her pride and joy. She loved her home and being outside taking care of all her flowers and plants. One of her favorite pass times was going on a leisurely drive with her husband, not the freeway but all back roads as she liked to sight see. They were never in a hurry. Delia loved going camping in the luxury of her and her husbands RV any time of the year. You would find her shopping and packing 2 weeks before they were to check into the resort. Delia loved sitting in the garage with her husband while he tinkered around just to be near each other and were never, ever apart.
She will always be remembered for her unconditional love, her delicious cooking, sense of humor, kindness and giving heart.
Her love as a mother, tied our entire family together. She would always say "The love of a family is life's greatest blessing".
After bravely battling an illness Delia Noyola Aguilar was called home to Glory on November 11, 2024.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband Arturo Aguilar of El Cajon, CA; Daughters: Stella Harris of El Cajon, CA; Rebecca Lee (Jerome) of Poway, CA; Stacie Ortiz (Joseph) of Chula Vista, CA; Her sons: Eddie Olea (Cindy) El Cajon, CA; Alex Olea (Talowah) of Campo, CA and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father Alejandro Noyola, her mother Francisca Noyola and her beloved dog a Yorkie named "King Arthur".
Delia will be missed but will always remain in our hearts.
