Dolores Priscilla Pangelinan was born in Guam on June 18, 1944 to proud parents: Crisanta Toves Santos, and Antonio Delgado. She passed away peacefully in her residence in Chula Vista, California on October 18, 2021 at the age of 77.
Dolores leaves to cherish her memory her two loving daughters: Claire Desoto and Dolores Santos.
