Donald Gary Leake's Obituary
Donald Gary Leake was born in San Diego, California, on February 11, 1946, to his parents Richard and Jessie Leake. He peacefully passed away on March 20, 2024. He graduated with his PhD and pursued a career as an optometrist, dedicating 50 years to serving the community. He married Patricia Marie Dietz, and together they shared a life filled with love and commitment. Don is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, their daughter Jennifer and brother Richard.
A memorial service to celebrate Donald's life will be held on April 22 at 1:00 PM (PT) at the Salli Lynn Chapel at Greenwood Memorial Park, located at 4300 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, CA 92113. Flowers or memorial gifts can be sent to the family through the Sympathy Store.
