Dorothy Lamour Bailey was born on December 7th, 1945 in San Diego, California to her proud parents Homer Robert Franklin of Augusta, Arkansas and Minnie Lee Roberts of McCrory, Arkansas. Dorothy was aSan Diego native and resided in sunny San Diego her entire life. She received a Bachelors degree and eventually dedicated about 25 years as a teacher. On July 31st, 2019 and at the age of 73, Dorothy was called home. She is survived by her loving husband, James Bailey, her 5 children; Russell Miller, Robby, Terron Devers, Steven Devers, Daniel Devers and is also survived by 10 siblings. Dorothy will be missed dearly by every one that knew her.
