Dorothy Marie Downing was called home to Heaven on June 22, 2023, at the age of 95. Dorothy was born on October 3, 1927, to her loving parents James Downing and Gertrude Claire Miller. She was born in New York however she spent most of her life in San Diego, CA.
Dorothy is survived by a host of family and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.
