Dorothy Mills Webb passed away at the age of 102 in Orange County, California on September 18th, 2018. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 28th, 1915, so she was 10 days shy of turning 103 years old. Her parents were Ernest and Ellen Page from Rhode Island. Dorothy spent most of her adult years as a homemaker, taking great care of her growing family. She has 4 surviving children: Kenneth Mills, Richard Mills, Nancy Peterson, and Barbara Wiltsey.
