Mr. and Mrs. Garcia were our neighbors for 23 years. In fact they were living in our neighborhood when we moved there in 1995. We are sad to know that they have passed away. I would often see him walking around our neighborhood and working in his yard. He was very active every since I have known him. I would also often see his wife working in the back yard. They would often share fruits and vegetable with my wife and I from their garden. They were good neighbors, and they will be missed.
