Elaine King's Obituary
Billie Elaine King, 83, of Lakeside, CA. passed away peacefully at home on October 20, 2015 with her husband and loved ones by her side. Elaine was born in Preston, Idaho on October 15, 1932, first child to Helen & Lyle Manning. She has a sister Delores and brother Stan both reside in Utah. After graduating high school she went on to serve a LDS Mission in West Germany. Upon Elaine’s return home she met and married Raymond King. They were married 56 cherished years. Together they raised 3 daughters in the El Cajon/Lakeside, CA area. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on October 30, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Granite Hills Ward 1701 Granite Hills Dr. El Cajon, CA 92019. Viewing will be held at 9:00 am prior to the service. A family burial will follow the services at Greenwood Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Greenwood Memorial Park Mortuary in San Diego. Elaine was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be truly missed. She is survived by her husband Ray, 3 daughters – Cindy Stempien, Susan King & Kellie (Rich) Schatz, 8 grandchildren – Nicole, Ryan, Brian, Richie, Chris, Sean, Casey, Tiffany and 6 great grandchildren, sister Delores Davis and brother Stan Manning.
