Elena V. Condalor's Obituary
Elena Villanueva Condalor, 91, passed away on April 1, 2017 at 4:30 AM. Born on May 19, 1925, in Cavite City, Philippines, to Irenea DeVega and Balbino Villanueva. She was the youngest of 7 siblings. She married Rodolfo Sanchez Condalor in 1949 in Pasay, Philippines. Their theme song was “Only You.” He passed away from throat cancer on December 16, 1981 at the age of 51 years old. Survived by her 8 loving children: Teresita Marquez, Jasmin Tolentino, Leopoldo Condalor, Susan Lumanlan, Rogelio Condalor, Liberty Ortiz, Rodolfo Condalor, Jr. , and Roland Condalor. She was idolized and respected by her 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was a devoted born-again Christian. She loved to dance and sing church hymns and was a well known fashionista amongst her family members. Everyone loved her wonderful sense of humor and her smile could light up any room. She was very economical, but made sure her children led comfortable lives. She will always be a constant reminder to love unconditionally and enjoy life. She was wise beyond her years and passed that wisdom on to her children and grandchildren. She will be forever missed but her memory will always be alive in the thoughts and hearts of those who treasured her.
