Ella May Phillips' Obituary
Ella May Phillips passed away at the age of 96 in San Diego, California on the morning of October 29th, 2018. She was born May 14th, 1922 in Baltimore, Mariland to James and Annie Bell (both from Virginia). Ella spent many years as a Preschool and Daycare Teacher. She helped many children over her 60 years of service. She is survived by her two daughters, Lauri Bodie and Lisa Menegus, and other extended family members.The family will not be having any public services at Greenwood.
