Elmer Bradford Jr. was born, October 9, 1937 the second of four sons of the late Elmer and Bulah Bradford, in Bienville Parish Louisiana. He wed his wife Marilyn Conley-Baker of 35 years on March 21, 1981 In San Diego, California. He departed this life on May 13, 2016 at K Care Residential in National City, CA Elmer is survived by his wife Marilyn, his children; Cheryl of Venture, CA Jay, Kelly (Harold) Johnson of San Diego and Melissa (James) Skinner of Phoenix, AZ. Sean Baker of Coffeyville, KS. Grandchildren; Matthew Michelle, Malinda, Marisa and Maureen. Great-grandchildren, Evelyn, Deon Elmer. Maray, Aisha, Aeriel and James. One remaining brother, Bobby (Ruthie) Bradford, of Grambling, LA, and many other family members, including nieces, nephews, cousins and two godsons Jason Bell and Kevin Chapman, friends who shared a mutual love for him during his life and three life long devoted friends Nate Dennis, Joe Hunter, and Dr. H. L. Ferrell.
