Elmira A Nagiyeva's Obituary
Our beloved mother, Elmira Nagiyeva, left this world after short illness on June 20, 2022 at age 80.
Elmira was born in Baku, Azerbaijan on June 15, 1942. After graduating from high school, she chased her dreams and taught piano to children. She married her husband Movses on July 6th, 1963. Together, they had two children: Arthur and Arnold. Elmira and Movses dedicated their lives to raising their children. Elmira loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals and pastries for her family and neighbors. She was also a skilled tailor – a passion she carried throughout her life. Elmira was preceded by her husband, Movses and her eldest son, Arthur. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Arnold, her daughter-in-law Ann, and friends. We invite you to join them for a memorial service at Greenwood mortuary on Tuesday, June 12th, 2022. Viewings will be held at the Greenwood Mortuary Salli-Lynn Chapel from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Burial services will be at 12 noon at Mount Hope Cemetery.
