Elva Cooper born on May 08, 1920 in Oklahoma to parents Thomas Luther Welch and Minnie Jane Brantley Cooper entered into rest on February 26, 2022 in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 65 years. A respected and Loving daughter, sister, friend, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She worked as a nurse for over 30 years. She married her love and together raised a family of t3 children; Donald Ray, Genevieve and Curtis Howard. Elva was also honored to have been able to share her life with 8 grandkids, 10 great grandkids and 11 great great grandkids. It is evident that she will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.
