Elvira Serrano, a California native, was born on September 12, 1928 to proud parents Elena Villanueva and Rafael Melendez. She passed away peacefully in her home in Chula Vista, California on August 6, 2021 at the age of 92.
Elvira leaves to cherish her memory her three nieces, ten nephews, and eight grandnieces and grandnephews.
