Erick E. Amiot was born in France on March 9th, 1953 to his proud parents James Amiot and Evelyne Collas. Erick was a great man who worked in general labor for about 10 years and resided in the county of San Diego for over 20 years. Erick is survived by his two children Phillip and Matthew Amiot, and his mother Evelyne Collas.
