The most gracious, beautiful, and kindest lady, neighbor, and friend. She is very much missed.
We have so many precious memories of the Osenga and Justus families and our days together in the Chicago area. Our family relationship went way back to George's folks and the meetings in their home. As children, we never knew them by their given names--they were just Pa and Ma Osenga to us! We knew most if not all of Esther and George's siblings and extended families and appreciated friendship and fellowship with them too. Such big families and so many gone now, having finished their race here on the earth.
Esther and our mom knew how to entertain! White, starched, ironed table cloths, the best China, candles, a delicious meal and a good cup of coffee!
Miles separated us eventually but you were always kept close in our hearts. Dear friend, Justus/"Sandy" you were a comfort to us when our mom passed away in November and we hope we can be the same to you. We understand the Lord of the Harvest waits for the precious fruit and has long patience. Think of how long he waited for our mothers because He knew we needed them too. But now they have been welcomed Home and by those left behind--they are remembered by what they have done.
With our sincere love.
