Francisca Belizar Herrera born on May 11, 1922 in Samar, Philippines to parents Antonio Belizar and Rafaela Basada entered into rest on May 23, 2022 in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 36 years. A respected and Loving daughter, sister, friend, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She dedicated her life to her children and family. She married her love and together raised a family of 7 children; Roberto (+), Teresa (+) Patricia, Antonio Jr., Angie, Rodolfo and Ester. Francisca was also honored to have been able to share her life with 5 grandkids and 1 great grandkid. It is evident that she will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.
