Survived by wife of 70 years, Juanita Perez Vargas. 2 daughters, Cecilia Jones (Clifton Jr.), Sylvia Ivanovic (Mirko) 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Sam Vargas & Jesus Sotelo and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends. Family will receive family and friends for a visitation from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Sunday, December 20, 2015, in the Salli Lynn Chapel at Greenwood Mortuary.
