Mr. Francisco Javier Mendoza was born in Mexico on October 5, 1936 and passed away in San Diego, California on October 1,2020. Francisco was married to the love of his life, Esther for 60 years and had three children, Joel, Daniel and Samuel. He will be deeply missed by his family and seven grandchildren, Alexander, Ava, Matthew, Andres, Liliana, Alyssa and Olivia.
