When I was handed the reins of the band program, I quickly learned that I wasn’t doing it alone. Thanks to Frank and the incredible band parents, we were able to give our students an experience they would never forget.
Frank was the definition of the perfect band dad. There wasn’t a job too small or too difficult if it meant helping the kids. He found and secured a horse trailer so the band would have a way to haul its instruments. He and Maria generously gifted the senior class jackets each year, creating memories the students would cherish forever. Whether he was pulling the equipment cart, filling water bottles, shining shoes before performances, or quietly taking care of whatever needed to be done, Frank was always there. He never sought recognition—he simply served with a smile and a generous heart.
More importantly, Frank taught our students something far greater than music. Through his actions, he showed them what it meant to be humble and kind. He led by example, demonstrating that true character is found in serving others without expecting anything in return.
The world has lost a truly remarkable man. I will forever miss Frank—his unwavering kindness, his selfless spirit, and his pure heart. His legacy will live on in every student, parent, and friend who was fortunate enough to know him.
My deepest condolences go out to Maria and their daughters during this incredibly difficult time.
Gone too soon but not forgotten. You will be missed. You leave behind so many memories...
I'm very sorry for your loss Samantha.
The best of us, in my life as far back as I can remember, and always will be
