Frank Sanfilippo's Obituary
Frank J. Sanfilippo age 90 passed peacefully at home in his sleep on Saturday December 11, 2021.
Frank was born March 20th 1931 in San Diego California to Margaret and Antonino Sanfilippo. He graduated San Diego high school lettering in baseball and football. He went on to become a professional fisherman for over 30 years. Following his fishing career he worked for Texas instruments as an executive chef in charge of kitchens and galleys for the oil rigs and ships. He retired at age 62 after his retirement he continued to work at the elk's lodge in charge of the custodial staff.
He is survived by his wife Paula Sanfilippo, his children Stacie, Antonino (Nino), Margaret Ann and
Theresa, his grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by daughter Linda.
Viewing will be Tuesday December 21 from 4pm-8pm at Greenwood Mortuary. Services will be held on Wednesday December 22 2021 at 11am at Greenwood Mortuary 4300 Imperial Ave 92113.
