NORFOLK, VA — Mrs. Gloria McCoy, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2026, at the age of 70.
Born on May 30, 1955, Gloria was the daughter of the late Leonard and Marine S. Tatem, originally of North Carolina. A longtime resident of Norfolk, she was known for her devotion to her family and her presence within a large, vibrant circle of siblings and kin.
