Gregoria Franco Torres' Obituary
Gregoria Franco Gasca, age 88, died peacefully on December 29, 2015. She was born in San Diego to Martin and Magdalena Franco on November 27, 1927. She will be fondly remembered as a loving mother, wife, nana, and friend and will be greatly missed by all she touched.Gregoria is survived by seven children; Esperanza Torres-Gies, Alfredo Torres, Magdalena Torres Vargas, Raul Torres, Antonio Torres, Reynaldo Torres, and Margarita Torres Metcalf. Gregoria was preceded in death by her son Manuel Torres in 1995. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.Family and friends will gather for a memorial service on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 2 pm at Greenwood Memorial Park Mortuary & Crematory at 4300 Imperial Avenue San Diego, CA 92113, with interment immediately following.
