Always
Looking forward to sharing good memories with good people tomorrow.
I so dreaded this day but it's not as bad as I thought it would be because I feel you with me. The sadness is real but it makes way for the smiles and the laughter of the memories. Thank you Mom for everything. You will always be with us and we will always be with you.
I remember dancing in front the Christmas tree at your home listening to Garth Brooks as a child. I also loved shooting pool and watching spaceballs in the living room with my cousins. Before I moved to Virginia I would come to the house and clean and we would talk and talk lol I remember you saying Grandpa was a horder. I miss your laugh and. our smile and when you would call me on the phone you were always so happy. I am going to miss those phone calls. I Love You Grandma.
Native American Prayer I give you this, one thought to keep. I am with you still, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow I am the diamond glints on snow I am the sunlight on the ripened grain I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the mornings hush, I am the swift uplifting rush… Of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the soft stars that shine at night Do not think of me as gone– I am with you still, in each new dawn.
You would know the secret of death. But how shall you find it unless you seek it in the heart of life? The owl whose night-bound eyes are blind unto the day cannot unveil the mystery of light. If you would indeed behold the spirit of death, open your heart wide unto the body of life. For life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one. …For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun? And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered? Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance. Kahlil Gibran "The Prophet" I hope you DANCE! Rest in Love and Peace MOM! John, Rick, David & Lois
I miss you grandma❤️
