Helen Hom Neil's Obituary
Helen Hom Neil of Lakeside, California passed away peacefully on Sunday February 12, 2017. Helen was born on December 18, 1935, in San Diego, California, the youngest of nine siblings to Goon & She Hom. She graduated from San Diego State University and had a career for many years in the juvenile justice system as a probation officer with the County of San Diego’s Probation Department. She is survived by her son, Mark Neil, and grandson, Justin Neil, of San Diego, California. She lived in San Diego and moved to Lakeside until the Lord called her home . She leaves a host of relatives and friends.
