Tìo Lolo taught me how to play quarter notes with one hand, and 8th notes with the other hand, at the same time, and then switch, then quarters with one foot, and halves with the other, and other rudiments. I was 15. This led to a lifelong obsession with percussion and music. Thank you. I have lots of crazy memories of you..."my boy!"

I’m going to miss you. I’m thankful that I had you in my life for all these years. You were always so full of happiness and love. I always knew that when I got together with you or spoke to you, I would feel happy, you always made me laugh.
I saw you give that love and joy to your family too. Your boys Lito and Miguel and your daughter Rachel as well as your grandkids are all a reflection of you.
